Where is your In-World Store?
You can find it here.I couldn't find (ITEM) on your marketplace. Where is it?
Check the in-world store first, as our Marketplace isn't updated as frequently. If you can't find it in either place, it's been discontinued.Will you rig for (insert body/chest size here)?
Rigging takes significant time, sometimes more than the creation of the mesh item itself. Currently we are a one-person operation which limits the time available for creating rigs for other bodies that meet our standards.I bought the wrong color/size item! Can I get a refund/partial refund?
Since all items sold are non-transferable, we have no way of taking them back from you, and thus do not provide refunds. Please read carefully before making purchases.I changed my mind and want the fatpack, can I get a refund/partial refund?
There are no refunds for change-of-mind purchases. This includes buying a single color and deciding later you'd like a fatpack. Please make your purchase decisions carefully.Will you update (ITEM) to a specific body?
Sometimes I do additional sizes for popular items if I have time. However, if I do, it will always be a separate purchase. Do not purchase a product with the expectation that it will have additional body sizes added.Can I have a MOD version of (ITEM)?
The permissions in the description of the item are the terms of sale. We do not give out mod versions of no-mod items. Requests for such will not recieve a response.
